Appointments are available on a limited basis Monday, Thursday and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. If no appointments are available, you have the option to come in during walk-in clinic hours.
Walk-ins are only accepted Tuesday afternoons from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. All walk-in clinic times are subject to change based on nurse/counselor availability. Any clients still waiting to be seen at the end of the weekly walk-in clinic will be asked to return the next day.
"Pee 'n' Flee" brown bag testing is a great option for those with limited schedule availability.
STI Testing Fees
As of July 1, 2016 all STI testing services will be billed to insurance.
Fees are charged for clinic services before services are provided. However, no one will be refused services for gonorrhea, chlamydia, syphilis, or HIV testing based on inability to pay or not insured. The clinic accepts cash, check, credit or debit payments.
The following services are available through the STI Clinic:
Urine, Gonorrhea/Chlamydia testing
Oral and rectal Gonorrhea/Chlamydia testing
Hepatitis 2nd and 3rd vaccine
Rapid HIV Test
Rapid Hep C Test
Pee 'n' Flee Brown Bag Test = FREE
The brown bag, urine-based STI kit tests are for gonorrhea and chlamydia only. Brown bags are available at the McLean County Health Department, Heartland Community College special events, and Illinois Wesleyan University-Student Health Services (IWU students only).
