Clients must meet financial requirements and be residents of McLean County. Dental services are provided by appointment only and include cleanings, exams, fillings, extractions, fluoride treatments, sealants, and preventive education. Dental sealants are also provided to income-eligible children in selected schools each year.

Payment: Medicaid and AllKids medical cards are accepted. Clients who pay for services out-of-pocket must meet financial guidelines before treatment can be approved. Out-of-pocket fees are based on current Medicaid reimbursement rates.
