McLean County Health Department - Behavioral Health Program
The objective of the Behavioral Health Program is to promote behavioral health wellness, advocate for individuals with an intellectual and/or developmental disability and teach resilience in our workplace and community.
The Behavioral Health Program embodies a presence throughout all programs in the McLean County Health Department through program collaborations and incorporation of behavioral health principles.
The behavioral Health Program also embodies a presence in the community through funding and collaboration opportunities that assist in addressing adult and youth behavioral health needs and the needs of individuals with an intellectual and/or developmental disability.

Illinois Association for Behavioral Health (IABH)
The Illinois Association for Behavioral Health is a Statewide organization representing addiction and mental illness prevention, treatment, and recovery services agencies staff, consumers, affiliated organizations, and corporations
Association of Community Mental Health Authorities of Illinois (ACMHAI)
The Association of Community Mental Health Authorities of Illinois is a partnership of organizations rooted in our communities and accountable to our citizens. Member organizations are comprised of 708 boards governed the IL Community Mental Health Act and 553 and 377 Boards whose statutory authority derives from public health legislation or legislation specific to intellectual and developmental disabilities
National Council for Mental Wellbeing
The National Council for Mental Wellbeing is a membership organization that drives policy and social change advocates for policies to ensure equitable access to high-quality services, build the capacity of mental health and substance use treatment organizations, and promote greater understanding of mental wellbeing as a core component of comprehensive health and health care
Mental Health First Aid training to identify, understand, and respond to signs and symptoms of mental health and substance use challenges.
