McLean County Health Department Annual Report: A yearly report of the health department's activities throughout the preceding year.
McLean County Mental Health Action Plan (PDF): This report represents the second phase of work for the County Board Executive Committee's workgroups on Community Mental Health.
2016 Community Health Needs Assessment (PDF): For the first time ever, the McLean County Health Department, Advocate BroMenn Medical Center, OSF St. Joseph Medical Center, and the United Way of McLean County partnered with local stakeholders to produce a comprehensive, joint community health needs assessment for McLean County.

2016 Sexually Transmitted Disease Surveillance Report (PDF): This report presents statistics and trends for sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) in the United States through 2016.
2017-2019 Community Health Improvement Plan (PDF): In the second phase of the joint community health needs assessment (CHNA) process for McLean County, the Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) outlines specific objectives toward achieving the high-level goals that had been set.
IPLAN: The 2012-2017 IPLAN, plus links to previous IPLAN reports. The Illinois Project for Local Assessment of Needs (IPLAN) is a community health assessment and planning process that is conducted every five years by the local health jurisdictions in Illinois.
IAPHA Strategic Plan (PDF): The 2016-2018 plan. The Illinois Association of Public Health Administrators is dedicated to strengthening the capacity of local health departments to respond to public health emergencies, prevent illness and promote health.
Illinois Morbidity and Mortality Bulletin (PDF): The Illinois Department of Public Health's primary publication for scientific articles of interest to public health communities and professionals in Illinois. Articles in the IMMB are prepared by IDPH staff from various programs and provide analysis, description, interpretation, and discussion of data.

County Health Rankings and Roadmaps: An annual publication from the Robert Johnson Foundation in collaboration with the University of Wisconsin that ranks the health of nearly every county in the nation.
