PCR testing available using self-collected saliva samples done on-site
No food or drink 1 hour prior to test
Walk-ins only

Testing closed on county holidays

How will I receive my test result?

  • The staff will register you when you arrive (using the email address you provide to them) and we will provide instructions on how to access your test results.
  • On average, you will be able to privately access your lab results from this portal 48-72 hours after your test.
  • SHIELD Patient Support Hotline - Call: 217-265-6059. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Anyone under 18 years old must have a parent or guardian present 
to receive a COVID-19 test.

If the parent assigns another adult to bring their child to the vaccination center, the parent must have completed a proxy form and the completed form must be brought to the clinic by the proxy.
