OSF HealthCare will be offering the COVID-19 vaccine to their patients by appointment only at the College Avenue clinic location. Patients will receive an invite for their appointment via OSF MyChart, email or phone. OSF is currently prioritizing patients using age (>65) and risk factors to insure patients most at risk receive the vaccination first. More information is available on the OSF HealthCare website.
