There are now several locations from which to receive your COVID-19 vaccination.

Appointments are required for vaccine clinics.  You must be at least 18 years old.
If you have received any vaccines in the last 14 days prior to the vaccine clinic you can not be administered the COVID-19 vaccine.
There are currently no available appointments.

OSF HealthCare will be offering the COVID-19 vaccine to their patients by appointment only. Patients will receive an invite for their appointment via OSF MyChart, email, or phone. OSF is currently prioritizing patients using age (>65) and risk factors to ensure patients most at risk receive the vaccination first.
