The Health Promotion team offers The American Lung Association's Freedom From Smoking program. This eight- week program is led by a trained facilitator. Hundreds of thousands of people have become smoke-free through Freedom From Smoking group clinic which offers a structured, systematic approach to quitting smoking. Illinois Tobacco Quitline

The Illinois Tobacco Quitline is a free resource for tobacco users who want to quit. Certified counselors and staff are available from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. every day.
