[ARCHIVED] Evergreen Lake Fishing Report

Water Level: Just under capacity
Water Temp: High 50's-Mid 60's

Fishing at Evergreen has been fair to good in the past week. We have had several reports of Crappie being scattered with most coming from the warmer shallow coves and shore lines. Some nice fish have also been caught in 10-15 ft. of water. Minnows, wax worms, or light colored tube jigs slowly retrieved have worked best. In the past week we have also had several reports of Saugeye being caught. Many small ones have been reported with a few keepers also being caught at the pump house and trolling deeper water. Bass fishing has been slow with some smaller ones being caught. Light colored spinner baits and crank baits working best for Bass. Muskie have been reported as decent on deep diving baits in deep water. Some smaller ones have been reported in shallow water with the bigger ones still out deep.

Good Luck,
Brad
